Daily Zoom meditations led by Venerable Lama Konchok Sonam, the Spiritual Director of the Drikung Meditation Center and Meditation Sterling. Born in Lhasa, Tibet, and trained in the Drikung Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, Lama Sonam ordained as a monk at 18. He has completed advanced retreats and received teachings from over 25 great masters, including Nyedak Rinpoche and Pachung Rinpoche. In 2003, he became Resident Lama in Boston, where he excels in meditation and Vajrayana methods.
Yoga Science
Yoga Science, led by Nhung Nguyen, offers a unique approach to yoga that blends physical practice with a focus on mental clarity, energy control, and overall well-being.
Nhung, a senior researcher in environmental microbiology and nanotoxicology at the Technical University of Liberec, integrates her scientific background into her yoga practice and teaching. Drawing on her own experience with stress relief and health improvement through yoga, she provides both online classes for those living in Prague and in-person sessions in Liberec.
The classes are donation-based and open to all levels. The focus is on improving flexibility, balance, and mindfulness through gentle, accessible practices that can support both physical health and emotional resilience.

Khyongla Rato Rinpoche Archives
Khyongla Rato Rinpoche was a lama and scholar of the Gelugpa order of Tibetan Buddhism, who was born in 1923 in the Dagyab region of Kham, in southeastern Tibet. For over three decades, he lived the life of a monk, studying at the most famous monasteries in Tibet and earning the Lharampa Geshe degree. In 1959, along with thousands of monks as well as His Holiness the Dalai Lama, he fled the Chinese army on foot over the Himalayas to safety and to a radically different life in India, Europe, and eventually the United States. This retreat focuses on methods to cultivate meditative quiescence (shamatha) as a foundation for contemplative insight (vipashyana). It includes mindfulness of breathing, as taught by the Buddha, to calm the body and mind; “settling the mind in its natural state,” a Dzogchen practice from Lerab Lingpa’s teachings; and “shamatha without signs,” a subtle practice from Padmasambhava’s Natural Liberation, which may lead to the realization of rigpa.
